We’ve combined the proven curricula of Active Marriage and Best Practices, and Active Adults into a comprehensive, skills-based training designed to strengthen both personal well-being and healthy couple relationships. This program builds core life, relationship and marriage skills that support resilient individuals, strong partnerships and thriving families.

Participants develop practical tools for communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, financial teamwork and future planning – skills that can be applied in everyday life, careers, parenting, dating, and marriage.

This training addresses key topics including:

  • Effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Emotion management and resilience
  • Financial literacy, budgeting and financial teamwork
  • Wise decision-making for friendships and marriage
  • Navigating challenges like blended or extended families
  • Recognizing personal strengths and planning for the future
  • Strategies to keep love, connection and commitment strong, long-term

Sessions are delivered through engaging lectures, guided discussions, and experiential individual, couple and group activities, allowing participants to practice and apply skills in real-life scenarios.
