Intended Audience: Individuals

Active Adults teaches individuals why taking responsibility for one’s actions is empowering as they learn to make better choices, manage emotional triggers and feelings of hurt and anger, and gain tools for communicating effectively with respect and integrity. Class materials are $30.50 (hard copy).

• Managing feelings of shame and anger
• Communication techniques
• Planning and managing money
• Conflict resolution
• Goal planning
• Choosing relationships wisely
