Active Relationships for Young Adults (ARYA)
Learn life skills for healthy relationships and how to make wise choices. ARYA is comprised of 12 units with 2 sessions each; sessions are 45-50 minutes in length, and include experiential individual and group activities. Great fit for Relationships, Education, Advancement and Development of Youth for Life (READY4Life), often used for Federal grantees. For Youth 12-18 years old. 12-24 hours.
Active Relationships for Young Adults (ARYA) topics include:
- Improving communication skills
- Managing emotions and conflict resolution
- Making a budget
- Making wise choices in friends and dating
- Recognizing personal strengths
- Planning for the future
